A non-refundable $150 consultation fee will be required to schedule a service, which will be applied towards any service in the same month. Medical Weight Loss Consultation fees will be charged separately and in addition to medication. 

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and no shows will incur a $50 fee. Thank you for understanding.
