Appointment Policy
- A credit or debit card is required to book an appointment. This card will be held on file for future appointments and may be charged for deposits, late cancellations, or no-shows.
- Certain appointments, such as filler, require a deposit prior to booking.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any remaining intake forms. Arriving late for your appointment may deprive you of valuable treatment time.
- Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 15 minutes could result in rescheduling.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
At Aiken Medical Aesthetics, we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any client that does not show up for an appointment and/or cancels an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment will have a $75.00 fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.
A client that has failed to show up for an appointment and/or canceled an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
A client that has failed to show up for an appointment and/or canceled an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment 3 times will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking a future appointment. The amount pre-paid is nonrefundable if the Cancellation / No Show Policy is violated. If an appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment, the amount paid will be credited to future services at AMA.
We respect our Providers’ and patients’ time, as appointments are often booked out weeks to months ahead, and we regularly maintain a significant wait list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our policy. In addition to valuing our team members’ and patients’ time, this policy will allow our team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and other patients.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our Cancellation / No Show Policy.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. If additional treatments are necessary to achieve the desired results, clients will be responsible for those treatments.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Gift Certificates: We do not offer refunds on gift certificates purchased.
